SEDA WORKSHOPS

Collaborative Problem Solving Workshop
Collaborative problem solving is a key element of the conflict resolution toolbox that can be applied to every area of your life.

Communities and regions throughout Saskatchewan are looking towards collaborative approaches to many of the issues that affect them. As a development practitioner, municipal official or community leader, you are often faced with bridging what appears to be ‘competing’ or ‘conflicting’ interests. Acquire basic knowledge and skillsets that will enable you to:

- improve communication
- build stronger relationships
- promote fewer misunderstandings
- make effective decisions in
- collaboration with others
- improve organizational or community morale
- reduce confrontations
- increase productivity

This one day workshop provides foundational skills in conflict resolution that participants can leave with and immediately implement in their personal and professional lives. Workshops are available at a flat rate of $2000.00 to communities or organizations. Maximum number of participants per session is twenty-four.
