SEDA is pleased to announce new expanded services to support the growth of sustainable communities. Available to all SEDA municipal members and member organizations working on behalf of their communities.
SEDA is pleased to promote and support a First Impressions Community Exchange Program for member communities. This program is a simple and cost effective initiative which contributes to building a vision and strategic plan for a municipality or region.
The intent of the program is to provide two participating communities with unbiased and constructive feedback based on a structured visitation process.
Two levels of support from SEDA are available.
Putting Business First
The BUSINESS COUNTS program is a provincial initiative to provide communities or development organizations with a proven tool for servicing existing industries. Striving to retain and expand existing business is an economic development effort that can be the key to strengthening relationships between the business community and various supporting segments of the locality.
