PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Communities and regions that have identified a project through Strategic Planning activities may follow the Eleven-Step project development process below. Project development will require strategic planning, partnering, investment attraction and perhaps even some business retention.
The Project Development Process is revealed in a high-quality workshop and manual offered by the Saskatchewan Economic Development Association and includes the following development stages:
