Stewart Low is the Director of the Entrepreneur Category of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).  Stewart has worked in the SINP for over 10 years in various units including Policy and Settlement Services.  

Stewart and the team at the Entrepreneur Category are responsible for attracting and retaining skilled immigrant entrepreneurs whose active investments address business succession, job creation and community economic development across the province.  Some recent program developments include partnering with financial service providers to assist in asset and net worth verification, economic development agencies who help newcomers settle and establish their business, and the introduction of an online application process.

Stewart is currently working towards his Masters of Public Policy in the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan and lives in Saskatoon with his wife Miranda, who’s an elementary school principal, and their Springer Spaniel Finley, who’s a very good girl.
